Hi! I’m Angela (Ang).
I’m a writer and editor who lives in Los Angeles.
On my 30th birthday, amidst a whirlwind of emotions and panic, I compiled a bucket list of sorts that I dubbed “Ang’s 30 in 30”. This list included 30 things I wanted to accomplish in my 30th year, with goals ranging from personal (“Be Nicer to Myself”) and slightly delusional (“Meet My Husband”), to practical (“Cook More”) and physical (“Run a Half-Marathon”). One of my goals for this new decade included journaling. About six months into my 30s, I realized I still hadn’t put pen to paper. Heck, I hadn’t even purchased a darn journal!
That being said, I’ve always been a fan of blogs. I love how they inspire me to look, feel and live better. However, in the same token, I also feel they sometimes make me feel like I’m not doing enough with my life or not living it like a true adult. I mean think about it: I’m a 30-year-old woman who loves glitter, unicorns and ’90s pop and still doesn’t own a 3-piece suit (or a 2-piece suit, if we’re being honest), a Prius or – gasp – a wedding ring. Ever wonder what the female version of Peter Pan looks like? Well, you’re looking at her.
So this blog is my small attempt to embrace the little Peter Pan in me and give some kudos to the countless others who are living happily in their pixie-dust-filled worlds. I feel you, ladies.
Anywho, thank you for paying me a little visit. I truly appreciate it.
If you wanna be in touch and talk about unicorns and/or the personal evolution of Jennifer Lopez (she’s everything), shoot me an email at email@example.com.
Smooches! Let’s cha-cha.
